An experiential retail redesign inspired by LUSH’s commitment to emotional connection through scent. The Fragrance Lab transforms fragrance shopping into an immersive, sensory-driven journey that guides customers through mood, memory, and materiality rather than conventional scent categories.
Through tactile exploration, ambient lighting, and interactive scent stations, the space encourages intuitive discovery—inviting users to “follow their nose” and emotions to find their signature scent. The design merges brand identity, spatial storytelling, and sustainability, creating a retail environment that feels both personal and purpose-driven.
